The Clifford E. Albert chip was made in 1946 to celebrate 50 years at USPC. Albert was the COB of USPC.

The BPOE below was made by USPC. The lodge was formed?/established?/chartered? in 1947. I assume the chip was made in 1947.

There were personal chips made by the USPC workers that made chips for the clubs/casinos. Some were made as late as 1950. It appears that USPC stopped making chips formally in 1947. However chip making equipment was still around at least until 1950.
