I will recommend the following;
- soft skills (get you and your team training)
- stop having Chip Guide steal images from various sites (this practice never should be allowed) and you can stop it by telling Chip Guide no longer permitted
- start the mitigation process and formal apology to the hobby for your actions and to Oscar

Now the positive as that was the most professional, I have ever seen you respond so progress. Please remember this is about chipping and not the chip guide as we all use the guide for various reasons. I will also be requesting and/or submitting for a constitution change so the acting Chip Guide currently your position would be voted in/out not appointed.

Please remove this one also before Wednesday May 10th.

I will have a look when time permits on the rest I will want removed. So save me the time and remove all the lifted images.
