~~~ "from Victor or someone very close to Victor" as I had said in the years past when the Gold plaque was mentioned here... and I knew I was correct in saying that Tom knew what he was talking about when he included "diamonds" in describing the plaque...

I wouidn' run too far with David's opinion since that is all it was and the term used in ChipGuide means just what it says and does not mean it was an object made to stay put, rather an object to show and we do not know how many people might have seen it if it was flash -- and we can not discount that £100,000 plaques did not exist in some form; samples or whatever. I have seen too much to think otherwise...
