USPC wrapped these ('50') in wax-coated craft ~~~
In Response To: Floridian Casino Chips ()

~~~ paper in the same manner rolls of coins were wrapped. I believe the white-powdery substance I found in each unopened roll was talcum-like; maybe as a moisture or friction control. In any event; they were all unused.
