I drove through the pass from Rt 163 to US 95 while in Nevada for the 2016 convention. The scenery was beautiful but I barely made it in my rental car (Ford Fusion). There is no phone service and I didn't see another person on my entire 12 mile adventure. A high clearance vehicle is a must!
