The inlay code "OOR-multi" means that it is Round & Over-Oversize (in diameter) and Multicolored. (Paul-son has 3 round sizes: Round (R); Oversize Round (OR); and Over-Oversize Round (OOR). Also various other shapes, such as Scalloped; Hub; Hex; Star, etc.

Inlay codes, and various other codes are listed in tables in the front pages of TCR, among some other places.

As for "GR-multi" ... I don't know. Should be OOR-multi also, in my opinion. At one time, Paul-son used the term "Grand" to refer to these over-oversize inlays (I think; not totally sure!). Maybe that's what it means.
