Billionaire Richard Branson’s Virgin Group conglomerate reached a deal in March of 2018 with seller Brookfield Asset Management to acquire the off-Strip Hard Rock Las Vegas. The acquisition was in a partnership with Bosworth Hospitality Partners, investment firm Juniper Capital Partners, and real estate group Fengate Capital Management.
