This plaque is the largest denomination and even when I was working in the 1990's at the casino Knokke they only had a 250.000 (purple) denominiation as the largest one.
The plaque was only used for adding smaller chips to the bank. Although I heard one player (mr Gl..), who won 3.000.000 one night had one in his hands for a couple of hours.
