I do not have a thorough knowledge of the actions of past administrations but I do believe in your comments that we should be publishing the complete magazine instead of some articles. That is the main purpose in allowing outside people to be included in our Newsletter. Promoting our club in anyway possible is the only way we can insure our future. We need to think outside the box to inform the general public who we are.

Allan has been overwhelmed with the task due to his medical issues and has done a very good job in the past and should be commended. I have just been contacted by a club member who wants to volunteer to help. We will surely utilize his skills and ability to make this happen. With Alan and the volunteer the work could be done very quickly.

I assure you this will be discussed as soon as next week through our routine emails with the Board members before the January Board meeting.

Jim Follis is on vacation till the 9th and I believe David is still traveling. As soon as everyone is back home I will bring up the proposal and post what decision and action we will take.
