I don't know if the chips were actually made for a casino that never opened - I wasn't there. Please note in my description that I said "purportedly" made for the PR casino and that the "Chip Guide" has recently listed them from that unopened casino.

I am currently kicking back on the beach in Hawaii spending all the money I made on selling these chips shipped for $6.
