But after doing this for 15+ Years, i find that Good chips will usually bring their True Market Value, and Starting most at $9.95 gives everyone a chance.

In fact, on a number of occasions, Ive had chips sell for More than i would have even asked for!

And your right that GN $25 Rooming House is a Rare Beauty! And Condition Wise, it is a Premium Example, as these were in play a while and most got quite worn down.

Thats one thing that makes chipping fun- Always a New or Exciting chip to see or find down the road!!
