An Illustrated Canadian Road Trip! grin

I'm just home from a wonderful drive through Atlantic Canada which included two casino stops. We started in Halifax with
visits to the Citadel, the Waterfront, the Public Gardens, the Art Museum, and ultimately the Casino. You enter the Casino
Nova Scotia via a long pedestrian walkway...

... then down an escalator to the casino level where the table games are on the left and slots are on the right...

Next stop was Charlottetown on Prince Edward Island, home of the Red Shores Casino and harness racing track...
this very slick dude greets you at the front door...

The Casino was jumpin' with again, table games on the left and slots on the right...

Other highlights included some fabulous street art...

The harbor in Lunenburg, a UNESCO World Heritage Site...

The "Anne of Green Gables" house on Prince Edward Island...

An amazing rock formation called Tea Cup Rock (and yes, that's me at the base)...

The famous lighthouse at Peggy's Cove was next - it's one of the most photographed landmarks in Canada...

On our last day, we visited the cemetery in Halifax where many of the victims of the Titanic Disaster are buried...

And I close this report with a few gentle words of wisdom...
