Just another example of fake / fantasy chips produced to appear authentic and issued by an actual entity or institution.

A celebrities likeness is used along with the official seal of the president of the united states.

They look so official, with no identifying marks as to being a fantasy chip, that a VETERAN collector asked "Who issued these?"

Only after that question was asked did the seller offer the information that he made them personally.

This type of activity should not be allowed or condoned, leads to confusion and misrepresentations, and is a detriment to the hobby.
