If you already have a PokerStars Account all you need to do is logon and then click the "More" button in the lower right hand box - then select "home Games" and it should bring up the list.

I got a notice of the game via an email from PokerStars. I still had PlayMoney in my account so it was no problem to register. If you don't have PlayMoney just click the "Free Money" button at the top of the page.
