The next meeting of the SNCCC will be August 13, 2019 at 6pm in Salon A at:

YOU ARE CORDIALLY INVITED TO ATTEND OUR MONTHLY MEETINGS!!!
At our meetings, we have trading and selling of casino memorabilia which starts at 6 PM and resumes following the meeting.
You are invited to both the meeting and trading sessions.
Early Bird Auction
At our meeting, the Early Bird Auction begins at 6:45 pm followed by our Guest Speaker and then the Club meeting. You can see the list of auction items and scans in this message. In the event you are not able to make it in person, you are welcome to email Jim Follis, at jim@gamingore.com, with your highest proxy bid. Just include your CCGTCC or SNCCC membership number and which lot(s) you want to bid on. Payment for winning bids is due at the end of the auction. If you are an absentee winner, you will receive an invoice. You may bring any items for future auctions with you. Any form of Casino Memorabilia is welcome. The Club takes a 20% seller’s fee unless you opt to donate all proceeds to the Club.
Guest Speaker
Our Guest Speaker this month will be Dustin Wax, Executive Director of The Burlesque Hall of Fame. Dustin holds a Masters in cultural anthropology from the New School for Social Research in New York City, and has taught anthropology and gender studies at both University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and the College of Southern Nevada since 2003. He is strongly committed to Nevada arts and culture, has served on the Boards of several local arts and cultural organizations, and currently sits on the board of the Nevada Museums Association. He is the editor of Anthropology at the Dawn of the Cold War: The Influence of Foundations, McCarthyism, and The CIA and author of Don’t Be Stupid: A Guide To Learning, Studying, And Succeeding At College.
Raffle 50/50
There will be a 50/50 raffle for cash and/or prizes which is quite fun! We have some great prizes that have been donated by our membership as well as from local vendors.
If you are not yet a member or your membership has lapsed, I invite you to join the SNCCC. An annual membership is only $12.00 payable at the door. You are, of course, welcome as a guest to see what we’re all about and you can bring your friends as well!!!!!!!!!!
Our meetings are short, which gives you lots of time to socialize and gain knowledge about whatever interests you with casino memorabilia.
