Thanks Joel...

I do have to say I made a mistake ...the last chips say MC...not AMC.

I have considered writing a book series that would put all the Card rooms in each City and County together. All of Sacramento County together. All of San Joaquin County together. And so on. It will most likely not happen...but have considered it.

It just bugs me that there are so many chips that are not correct. I actually get a little angry that I bought chips thinking they were from a certain place and now find out they are not.
I feel sorry for the collectors that collect specific cities/areas and find out that they are not from their area of interest.
I do agree that I may have info on chips that were sent to a place used for a short time and they were resold or taken to another establishment. The 2nd establishment might be the source of some ID’s. That has happened....but not as often as some might want us to think.

When I post new ID’s ...I will always be honest. Sometimes you can be looking at a card with names, addresses, chip stamp....and still have no clue where the chips were actually used. Sometimes there isn’t a directory available for the city/date you need to confirm the info.

Times have changed....I remember stories of Larry Eastman driving up and down the state visiting all the Card rooms and libraries he could find. Researching...and reporting. His passion was strong...as mine is today....I have it easier..... the luxury of a few sites on the internet that help me along the way.
