That is not from the USPC. I believe what you show is from Howdy’s book.

The USPC record only shows the chips were send to a chip distributor (Aladdin Specialy) located in Chicago.

The records to not sat “MK”. Howdy read the chip as MK. I’m not saying it’s not MK (probably is MK). However I’m not 100% sure
