I am so sorry to hear of your health challenges, and I hope that you recover fully. As the club's counsel, I want to answer some of your questions.

The chips, tokens and other collectibles can be donated to the club. The club would provide your estate with a letter itemizing and acknowledging your donation. The club can then retain the items to be used in our displays or sell some to provide money to keep the MOGH going. Certainly if you have a preference please let us know.

The club is IRS-approved as a 501 (c)(3) tax-exempt entity in the event that the tax deduction would be beneficial to your estate. Each state is different. Please have your attorney feel free to contact me to assist in any estate planning. Thank you for thinking of the club in your future plans.
