I have been out of town for a few days and now I see that another old friend and fellow collector has passed on. Stu was a very nice and kind man and boy did he love his California chips !! Every time I would see Stu he would smile at me and say "Jerry, Jerry do you have any California Roulette chips for me ???" I always thought this was kinda funny since I live in Delaware about 2500 miles from any part of California, but Stu knew I always would find a way to harvest Roulettes for him and his other fellow California collectors whenever I set foot in the "Golden State".
Over the years, I supplied Stu with many, many Roulette chips and every time he got one - a big grin would cover his face - he loved his chips and I know he loved his fellow collectors and especially his family.
We have had a rough year with the passing of a lot of Great Chippers and Friends. I wish we could slow down this trend and keep everyone around for many years to come. Although many Chippers are gone - we will always have a lot of Great Memories to comfort us and remind us of our departed friends.
