I liked Frank (a lot!!) Super nice and friendly. Another sad day for chippers!
When ever I was buying chips from him... he always....always....always gave me the most fair deal. He was great to talk to. Honest and friendly. I was in his shop (off Charleston?) when I met Doug Saito.
He will be missed. Definitely one of the good guys.

None of us are getting any younger....love and enjoy your family, friends, and other "chippers".
