Last I knew they were available but like with CPC, at a huge premium.
Notice the majority of recent issues are all small size inlay also. That saves another 20% on the cost. Not quite sure how that works as it makes no difference the way we do it. Maybe it just avoids them having to retool a load of multifunction presses.
