Hard to believe with all the Flash Flooding signage about.

Though I won't mention any names... a very well known property owner (hotels/huge shopping malls) sees to it that the doors are open to the homeless every single night and that leftovers are not discarded, but rather available to them, first... and very little of this is known due to the total cleanup by the them way before the doors open for business in the morning.
