The corporate registered name of the club is still the and the new name is just a DBA.

We may be obligated to or choose to keep that name on our tax filings and other legal paperwork in order to not reinvent the wheel.

As far as the bylaws, they are clearly posted on our website for all to see and this is not a violation.

It is something a large portion of our membership has asked for and we tried to give the people what they want without rocking the boat too much.

Still lots of issues that we need to address but we wanted to roll it out to the membership as soon as possible with a historic convention on the way.
