THE NEON MUSEUM

Last summer when I went to the Club Convention the family and I visited the neon museum for the first time. It is a pretty interesting
place. If you have not been out to see it yet I recommend taking a tour.

When we paid for our tickets online, they collected my email address. From that point on I have received roughly 2 emails a month
from their organization. They are usually updates or news letters.. something like this…

or this…

Anyway… reading through the Neon Museum's new Gift Shop expansion, it got me wondering if they had ever made chips to
promote/sell to benefit the museum? I think we could learn a lot from them organizationally, however I also think they could benefit from
partnering with our organization in various ways. In the long run it would be beneficial for us to have them selling Neon Museum souvenir/gift
chips especially if they were made the right way…

I know we had a small glass display case in the store at one point with some casino memorabilia in it, is that still up? I think there is an important opportunity that could be a win win for both of our not for profits here. Maybe they already do this chip sale thing? I did't see any of their chips
listed on the guide. The key is getting people that are interested in casino history to know about the hobby of casino chip collecting. Maybe our club
could sponsor cases that promote us.

Something to think about… I would love to get an email from the Neon Museum offering me an opportunity to purchase one of their limited edition Neon
Museum casino chips commemorating a new casino sign display. I can almost see it now. grin

We should think about a proposal for this idea...
