Illegal Chip Variation - Another Example !!!

Yesterday I posted about a couple of different Original Club Forest chip variations I found in my collection.

Well - here is another variation I found today. Shown below are scans of three PINES,INC. chips for your review and comments. I know a lot of collectors have examples of these chips in their collections, so we may be able to figure out what caused the difference in these chips. Once again I believe the difference in these chips is do to a difference in Manufacturer or the manufacturing process. Could these be different USPC and Burt chips ??

The light Blue and Brown chip next to it have a "Rounded" edge (but no line in the center like the Club Forest chip I posted yesterday) - they are also "Shinier" finish than the other Brown chip. The other Brown chip has a "Square or Flat" edge. The two round edge chips will not stand on edge, but the other Brown chip will stand on edge.

For collectors who have these Pines chips - please check and see which variations you have and post your findings here. It may well be that there are two separate sets of these Pines chips that were produced.

I really enjoy finding chip variations and sharing my finds with other collectors.

Take care,
Jerry
