Rich, that's a Sigma Derby machine. There are two still operational in town: MGM and the D on the second floor. Does anyone remember the old craps machine that used to spit out two dice, and then a stick would push them into the corner so they could be read. You could bet the pass line, etc. You could put a quarter in, and play it until you made your point or sevened out. They were mostly in bars and restaurants, not casinos.
