They seem to be really smart with this idea, since this will be the first casino that you will hit on I-35 driving into Oklahoma (Northern Part of the state), I know that Kansas Star (which is 25 miles from the border) has made a killing over the last few years since all the people who used to hit the casinos in Newkirk now stop there.

When you look at WinStar Casino which is the first casino on the Southern Border has been so successful (one of the largest casino in the world), I'm sure they are trying to see if they can pull off the same success.
