I just dropped my scanner off the desk. Won't work, took it apart and a small bit of a mirror was jamming the works. Removing that, I've now got a nice green and yellow line down the center of any scans.

So I be out scanner shopping. I Have/Had an Epson v37 (?) CCD (?) (the type better at scanning chips to true color, that requires a power cord - not usb powered.)

My temptation is just to get another of the same model, but I thought I'd ask first for any suggestions of a better machine. My budget is about $100 or less, I hope.
