Sheldon, use the PhotoScape. Its a free download, all the administrators on the ChipGuide use it. It is the only program that i have ever seen that allows you to crop round images such as chips and coins.

got a new computer yesterday, windows 7 pro, works great! but could not move my Microsoft photo editor program. have irfanview, paint and microsoft photo manager! don't like any of them. best and easiest to use photo editor is? and where can i get it? THANKS!
