That has been asked before on the bb, Bob. I don't know for sure but suspect it is from Western United States. It does have an interesting mold which isn't seen often. I have it because it had a $20 denomination, which probably means it was used in a poker game of some sort, likely at a card room.

It's also possible that the initials should be NIM if you invert the side with the monogram on it. It's in The Gaming Table with WIN as the monogram and CORD mold but shown as Location Unknown.
