Here is what I have gathered on Sullivan. He had connections in London and sold the playboy club of london their first set of chips. He had the hat and cane mold until 1971 when he sold it to a company which I can not remember their name. But the only playboy casino in that time frame was the london playboy club as well as the one in the photo. The playboy club in London kept the playboy company in business as it was the most profitable casino in the world at the time. It was then shut down in 1981 when their gaming license wasn't renewed. I don't believe them to be samples. They are numbered. I am ordering a balancing caliper just to see if by chance they are weighted given Pat Sullivan's history.
