use names and to be in the middle of any previous posts that I feel do not help attract new members. The Chip Board is the best tool to get new members, and my concern wasn't so much with what was said, but how it was said. I learned many years ago from Dale Carnegie classes, the best communications do not include the three "C's" Criticize, Complain, or Condemn. Very hard to follow this advise, I'm a offender, but it still is good for human relations. Many new visitors visit the board and have no idea of our clubs great history, or the clubs leaders who have worked so hard and given so much of their time to the success of the club. They just read comments from all posters, and either like or dislike what they read. I'm not complaining just giving my take on a few posts. Thanks to all the great members I have met, learned from, and enjoyed being friends with. Best to all chippers. No need to reply, if I'm out of line, please delete my posts.
