It would be great if we could all do what we do in one place under the club umbrella. If the BOD members are legally
allowed to sell personal stuff for personal profit on the club message site… great! Lets merge the two message boards, but that is a question
for a qualified tax specialist.

If it is the case that everyone but BOD members would be allowed to sell, I would hope the BOD would take a hit and allow
all members to buy sell trade under the club's site.

I added this to the thread. We'll see what they say.

1. The organisation is run by a BoD of unpaid volunteers. Does this matter?
2. Some potential website users/marble buyers and sellers may or may not have a membership level in the organization. We have a "club like" paid membership program.
3. (Question) Would members of our BOD be allowed to buy or sell their own Marbles on this forum or advertise their ebay auctions without conflicting with the tax law?
4. We plan to use the website message board for club fundraising efforts as well…

I'd appreciate your opinion with this… We have a large membership and adding this message board feature to the site will dramatically increase site usage.
