Chip ID requested: FG Small Crown

"The forgotten gambler." I found it years ago beneath a huge pile of trash (4 feet high!) left behind my rental property in Hanford, California. Best guess is that the chip is from California but I guess it could have come from anywhere. Tenant was a heroin addict. Neighbor back then was Tony Flores who operated various cardrooms in central California for many years, and it could have been one of his - "Flores & ????"

One Seat Open was not known to have a small crown FG chip. Other creative idea: could it mean Fairgrounds, used at the Kings or Fresno County Fair for some purpose?

The chip was lost in my room for several years until I found it underneath the telephone this morning and was able to take a photo.
