I found the AOL page on FB and typed in what I posted here.

This was their response:

Hmm, I didn't understand that! Type 'help' for a list of what I do understand!

When I went to that site and typed in the same info, it would not go through
when I clicked on "send message" it wouldn't send. When I typed that into
the message response box on the lower right of the screen, I received the
same "Hmm I didn't understand..." as a response.

The people at the AOL HELP desk must be married first cousins. They're
definitely good examples of why most states do not allow first cousins to
marry. LOL
