Dear Mr. Bartley,

To answer your question: no the chip has nothing to do with us, but probably comes from the town of Giove in southern Umbria where there is a castle called Giove Castle or in Italian "Castello di Giove"- we on the other hand are situated in the hamlet of Montegiove in northwestern Umbria on the border to Tuscany - and the castle here is called "Castello di Montegiove” and is a winery.

Funny question, didn’t know they had a casino there - but remember they had a serious fire some years ago - hope we have been of help.
