So Rich, could they be Foreign Chips

I wonder if those chips have any ties to the Atlas & Norfolk Sports Club of Sheffield England. This is about the only item I can find in regards to the Atlas Sports Club (my concern is everything is Atlas & Norfolk Sports Club and the Atlas isn't called out as a stand alone Club) .

The Atlas & Norfolk Sports Club joined the Sheffield Cricket League in 1938. The club was renamed the Firth Brown S & SC in 1964. In 1976 the club was renamed Atlas S & SC.

Atlas & Norfolk Sports Club had Snooker so it might had some sort of card games as well. Putting the club in the late 30's to the mid 60's could explain the C&S Chips.

I know I'm grasping at straws here....but who knows!
