Las Frontier Village was a real post office inside

a Western-themed park at the Last Frontier. The postmark was a hand-cancel (done with a rubber stamp rather than being sent through a high-speed machine). It's worth a bit as a postal relic.

CardCow - a postal collectibles seller - shows a similar card but stamped as Ogden & Salt Lake City Railroad Post Office - not sure if the stamp was applied at the Last Frontier or later, when the postcard was carried aboard a train and mailed from it. (Yes, such things were possible in the good old days. If the train had a postal clerk aboard, and some did.)

Here's another postcard, showing an ol' geezer (probably made up for the photo), mailing something from what I suppose is the actual Last Frontier Post Office, with the clerk smiling. ("Ya better SMILE when I mail a letter in these-here parts!") Note the cancellation on the other side of this card is similar to the one you found, pardner!
