I submitted these scans to TheChipGuide today thinking they pictured a manufacturer sample. After searching for the company on the web and finding what Eurocoin does, I suspect it's an advertising chip, not a sample. The edge marking on this chip (appears to be a Chipco) is "Grand Prix Party" and the images on both sides appear to be of a race car.

Can anyone provide more info on the purpose of the chip and when it might have been created? I think I've had it for several years and probably got it at a chip show. Maybe you have other samples from a european company called Eurocoin.
