I don't know about the Last Frontier interiors personally (not that old! )

Also, at the link below, it shows a vintage postcard with typing on the top and side borders identifying the room in your picture as the 21 Club at Last Frontier.
It sounds like the Last Frontier, through expansions (?), may have had several casino "rooms" that were named with different names?
