Good, but... 
Best w/ prosciutto embedded and topped w/2 eggs () .
.
With prosciutto, I prefer it in an antipasto along with
provolone, salami, Sicilian olives, oil cured black olives,
red roasted peppers, added to a bed of lettuce, tomato,
cucumbers, etc. And a nice slice of Italian bread.
Now I'm hungry...
