I can tell you a little about Austria:
Not too bad if you take the country roads which you will have to take to get to little flea markets......The Autobahns get you from one place to the other fast and are not bad but busy.
Vienna is a different story. Terrible traffic and almost no places to park. There are quite a few parking garages if you can find them.
