I am puzzled by the denomination on the back. I would expect both sides to be the same if the denomination is on the front of a hot stamped chip. Or no denomination on the front and a denom by itself on the back. But I can't recall seeing a chip like this with denomination, casino and location on one side and just a denomination on the back. Might be a sample chip.
