More Fun and Games with FeeBay's Global Shipping

Good Day To You All.

A nice Gentleman from Australia bought a Room Key from one of my auctions, and paid for the global shipping program to ship it to him.
It's been a month, and he does not have the package.
My tracking page has never shown any progress, only that info would be available in 3 to 5 days.
His tracking page only says that there is a problem with the tracking info.
I called FeeBay today... 30 min on hold...

The global shipping program does not have customer phone support! eBay's customer service cannot contact them by phone either!

Say What! She said just have your buyer open an "item not received" case, and that way Global Shipping could get involved and look into why the tracking info is not available and what happened to the package. I don't want a case opened. But she said that I'm protected after the package is received a GSP in Kentucky. OK, Did they get the package there? The tracking doesn't show anything... If they didn't get it, or they lost it before it was logged into their system...
She clicked off for a minute and came back and said that she would email GSP and they would get back to me in 24-48 hours.

I'm positively aglow in anticipation of the arrival of the email from GSP.

I'll post again when I find out if "Third World" describes not only where they ship, but their business practices too. vbg
