for sale Binion's Horseshoe Gallery of Champions Set

This 20-piece set of $2.50-snappers were released by Binion's Horseshoe back in 1994, twenty years ago. The chips commemorate the WSOP's 25th Anniversary and feature twenty different winners from years past along with WSOP founder Benny Binion. They were issued right before we started our chip business so sadly I was not at the cage to buy my set at face value. But I just HAD to have it! So in September of 1995 I found a dealer who had one for sale and paid $225.00 so that I could put this coveted set into my personal collection. It was a fair price back then. BUT, in retrospect what in the world was I thinking? Paying almost FIVE-TIMES face for a set that some 13 years later after the Horseshoe changed ownership in 2004 & the economy started to tank in 2008 would be selling for LESS than face value! Yikes!! But alas things are getting better, the chips are older, the Horseshoe has become one of the most collectible downtown casinos and poker players have become televised celebrities. So I figure it's probably as good a time as ever to severely cut my losses and see if someone is willing to pay NOT the 5X-face I paid but merely 2X-face for this uncirculated, still-collectible set. For just $100 (+$6 priority shipping) you can own this set that has been sitting relatively untouched & unopened in my safe for more than 19 years. The set will arrive to you in the original chip tube with serial #0765 on it. As always, Nevada residents must add 8.1% sales tax and we do NOT ship internationally out of the country. Here's what the set looks like. These are the EXACT same mint-condition chips you'll be receiving should you be the first to email me at dave@lasvegas-chips,com and tell me you want them and can quickly pay the $106.00-delivered-to-your-mailbox price to me.

Thanks for looking,

Dave
