Re: Color discrepancy in TCR?
In Response To: Color discrepancy in TCR? ()

Hi Don...

I took a look at the NGCB records and in 1992 they ordered a set of 11 colors that have to be these (they are the only non-denominated NCV chips listed there).

The colors in the records are: Green, Red, Pink, Blue, White, Red, Yellow, Black, Purple, and Turquoise. That's 10. The 11th color they list is... Blue. I'm not sure what that means.

We also list an orange one, and all 5 colors were entered on the same day (March 1, 2007), which would indicate to me that it is not being confused with the red one.

I'm changing the record for the "navy" one to blue... I feel certain that the one on the left in your scan is the purple one, so that's the one that I'm adding. The listings are now: Blue, Orange, Red, White, Yellow, and Purple. The others I'll list as they are found.

FYI, the purple one is listed as D1567.
