I can make an acrylic one to hold 4 chips. I've started making stuff for my collection and then this thread popped up so if you're interested shoot me an email.
The center holder is closed cell pvc (soft) sandwiched with clear acrylic.

Here is a 6 chip holder just finished. Both examples are 8" x 6".

Also can make all clear ones to hold postcards, menus, brochures, rack cards etc. Still prototyping ways to stand them up or hang on the wall.
