PayPal has apparently changed the main screen you see when you logon. If you have Personal (rather than Business) account there's no longer a link to click if you want to print a shipping label (for USPS package, for instance). I asked why and was told that if you have a Personal account, it is assumed you will only be buying, not selling and so have no need to ship anything.

There is a way (at least for now) to get to the label printing screen:

If you only want to print one label, login with this URL www.paypal.com/shipnow

If you want to use the multi-order shipping facility, login with www.paypal.com/mos

I used to use the multi-order facility, even to print one label, but it's easier and faster with the new "shipnow" facility as you input everything on one page.

There is another way to have a link to these label-printing pages show after you login to paypal. You can to switch to a Business Account. I looked at the agreement for this and notice that if you do, you cannot send or receive Personal payments at no cost any more. A word to the wise.
