This is an Aladdin Hotel faro chip in The Chip Guide that was contributed by AlexC. It is CG045245 and is shown as Unlisted in TCR. I suggest it may be D0474 which is listed as having black inserts, but looks dark green in the scan. Since this is the only listed Aladdin faro with inserts, it could easily have been interpreted from another scan as having black rather than green inserts.
