It's working fine now without my making any new changes. It seems that all of a sudden it takes approximately an hour after I upload to actually see it on my web site. It's only graphics. Pages seem to change immediately. This never used to be a problem. I haven't changed my provider... it's always been iPage but I did transfer my domain to iPage... It used to be eNom. Does any of this seem logical to you?
